Today is Workout Wednesday. I started my workout today by walking up my deck stairs 5 times. Now to some that may seem small, but for me that was a big deal. My knees are constantly in pain, so walking up and down stairs is sometimes a challenge, but I told God that I was walking by Faith and that's what I did. When I went out this morning around 7am and my intention was to walk up and down 3 times, but after the third time I felt like I could do more, so I walked up and down a total of 5 times and I felt really good afterwards. Now tomorrow my intention is to walk up and down more than 5 times. You see I have this goal to drop 100 pounds. I've this goal many times before, but those other times I wasn't fifty years old. I'm not crazy I know that carrying around the excess weight is dangerous, so that is why I have decided that I am going to make this commitment to my life to become focused, fit and fierce at the age of 50.
